• Each CVW Server handles a virtual building
• Buildings grouped into topical areas (e.g., Technology, Analysis)
• Buildings consist of Floors and Rooms
• Each floor has static arrangement of 11 Rooms; all floors have the same geometry
• Each room is a single conference, with its own participants and documents
